order through brothers truck parts
Hi All,
I wanted to get experience you had ordering from brothers truck parts. I ordered wood bed ss bolt kit on aug 1 and as of aug 8th the status is still at web ordered received. If I could I would cancel my order now and try somebody else. I cant believe if they have this kit in stock it wouldn't have been shipped by now. If it was back-ordered , I should be notified and I would cancel. You have no idea how pissed I am right now. This is the third or forth order I have made in the last few months and have never waited this long. |

It took them 3 weeks to get my order to me and everything was in stock. I have not ordered from them since

I order some seatbelts from them two weeks ago. I called them the other day and they said they wouldn't come in for another week. Website says they are in stock...

I finally received my bed bolt kit from Brother trucks. I never got an email saying they were shipped. Every vendor has sent me emails logging when they were shipped out.
12 days for ss bolts ? really? Its says the shipped date was aug 12. From NJ main branch . I wonder where it was before that. Last edited by racerop; 08-12-2015 at 05:56 PM. Reason: added shipping info found on box |

ordered a few things on 8-5 and they were on my front porch on 8-10, also received an e-mail on the 5th saying my order had shipped.
