Trans cooler line fittings

I'm running a 4 L 60 2 wheel drive and I'm getting ready to hook up the transmission cooler lines. But I must have lost the clips to hook up to the stock fittings. I'm using the stock lines as well. Are they c clips or E clips holding the stock lines to the transmission? Also is there an O-rings on the stock lines at the transmission?

They take a special clip, the dealer has them pretty cheap. The o ring is in the fitting and not on the line.

Its already monday so i imagine you have your clips, but for anyone looking later, its almost a certainty that any auto parts store will have them in stock.

If you run into the issue again or end up with a leak, Napa carries them individually and any parts store should be able to get them as they are made by Dorman. Been there done that.

Re: Trans cooler line fittings

Speaking of cooler, Is there a cooler plate that you can use to block the ports if you dont have a transmission in that accepts cooling?
