Look what I pulled out of a...basement

Not as cool as the CST barn-find but still a cool piece!

After trying to buy it for several months, my persistence paid off. 49K miles, mostly original with one respray 30 years ago. Its been in this Basement since 86. I cleaned it up, rebuilt tranny, tuned it up, exhaust, wheels/tires and now time to drive!

Re: Look what I pulled out of a...basement

nice! so do you have the white wheels and caps on it now? if so, what size tires are they? i'm trying to decide on Rallys or stock caps on mine, but i like an aggressive taller tire... i'm just not into the 33 12.50 appearance so much.

Wheels are factory style steel wheels (NOS Kelsey Hayes) with 31x10.50 BFG's. Caps are from a 72 Blazer that were taken off in 73 so they are in great shape. Factory this Blazer had full wheel covers but I opted for the Dog-dish style.

Beautiful!
Kind of interesting with the 71-72 grille, door panels look early, but I see the supposed 72 only hole in the inner door below the wing window.
