Wondering if the best fix for these joints is seam sealer

I'm not a bodywork expert, but I think the answer would be that seam sealer would be a temporary fix at best. The top is made of SMC (sheet molded composite, similar to fiberglass) and what you're seeing is a structural defect. Seam sealer isn't meant for structural problems.

Those are factory seams. What ever they used, is cracking out. The other common place i found for this to happen is in the gutters. I am of no help on the correct fix.

I'm thinking grind the old sealer out and recoat with new seam sealer and re-raptor the top. Definitely not structural just where the top was seamed at the factory, years of on and off probably pushed the 50 year old product to it's max.

grind and feather out the seam and repair with stranded fiberglass epoxy filler

Got a heads up from a local guy who recommended PC 11 marine epoxy which can be sanded and painted. I'll let you know how it turned out

I wasn't talking about the seam. It looks like there's a small crack that's around the radius of the window opening. The red lines point to what I'm talking about.
