What did you get done this week weekend 11/17 edition

well I went Friday to pick up the 76 at the paint place and I was not happy. Someone closed the door in the left passenger jam had peeled off some paint. the two tone wasnt right and someone messed up my bedliner when sanding on the cab so its staying in paint jail until wednesday my next day off.. other than that ive been working or buying parts for the 70 monte carlo i recently acquired. My son came over Saturday night and we dropped the transmission in the grey dodge beater that finally went at 329K miles How about you all?

Sandblasted the Battery Tray & hardware, and repainted. Added a battery mat and replaced the positive terminal. Got all that, and the jack tools back in the truck.

New ball joints, tie rod ends, drag link ends and adjusting sleeves, axle joints, new slip-joint (cardon joint) and u-joints, changed the t/c frount output seal, new Bilsteins front and rear, changed front and rear diff oils and a transmission service.

Oh, and tightened the grill screws that like to self-loosen...

I've got vacation coming mid-December, and I'm going to work on getting my hubcaps look better by steel-wooling or maybe Scotch-Briting, then repainting the faded original stuff.

I may even try to get my side-patina to match my hood and roof...we'll see.

Bought a whole bunch of stuff. Unfortunately I will not be able to install until mid December or so.
