Here is the conversion thread - http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=374883
Here is a guy who sells brackets - https://www.ebay.com/str/davispeedeq...p2047675.l2563
And I "hear" this company may also sell the brackets - http://www.4-5-6chevytrucks.com/

Thanks for your reply! My frame is modified for it, I saw his brackets but really wanting a factory set up to go with my original AC brackets.

Re: 292 power steering

you can fab a small bracket to mount a GM type II pump down low. I run that with a remote reservoir.

Re: 292 power steering

I got the idea from this. Mounts pump below the alt.
I built one similar, running AC on passenger side, ALT and PS on driver side.
Very clean looking.

Nice! I ended up modifying a 250 set.

’71-74 250 bracket set using the cast 292 lower alternator mount, double alternator pulley, and a SBC pump pulley and I’m in business, just need the double WP and a belt.

Re: 292 power steering

I have a double water pump pulley. I will compare it my 250 pulley to make sure it will work for you. That set up is a lot different then my 250 power steering set up that I sent you pictures of mine is 1968 and older. I will send you a picture tonight of my 250 pulley and the other pulley to see if it will work
