Wiper grill/fresh air alternatives ?
Tired of junk coming thru wiper grill, suggestions to keep trash out?
I tried some wire screen but that just trapped junk/leaves in the screen. and still lets trash in. thanks, 67-C10 |

Re: Wiper grill/fresh air alternatives ?
I installed these in my Burban and they work good. More of a perforated piece of sheetmetal than a screen. Occasionally I have to pick stuff of of them but its not like it is a weekly chore. I do avoid parking under one of my neighbors trees whenever possible. Some kinds of trees are just too messy.

Re: Wiper grill/fresh air alternatives ?
LockDoc, what did you do to compensate for fresh air intake, after smoothing grill?
I am considering the smooth look, to forever get rid of the junk. |

I didn't do anything, there is plenty of open space around it for air intake. LockDoc

Probably not the cheapest but, this has to be the cleanest looking solution.
