'99 Tahoe Wiper Arms - Interchange w/ '05 Tahoe? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I like the fact that the wiper arms on my '99 Tahoe will flip away from the W/S. Makes it much easier to clean the W/S at local gas n go. They both "look" to be the same, anyone one if they will interchange and operate correctly? Wiper arms on the '05 do NOT flip forward and sure would be nice if they would interchange.

99 is still a T400 in the SUV chassis
They're probably different but I can't be sure about it.

Yep, totally different after comparing the two. Sure wish GM had not done away with the flip out wiper arms. Makes it a whole lot easier scrubbing bugs off the windshield when you can flip them forward. Oh well, it was a thought, just not a good one.
