I like ARP bolts in this instance for replacements. If the the bolt is busted flush you might be able to start a hole with a Dremel tool and then use a reverse twist drill bit spinning clockwise in the drill and it will spin right out. That procedure worked for me. A Dremel tool is one tool I really like a lot. It was a lot easier to use a small grinding bit to center a hole for the reverse drill bit I used.
