time for new shoes

the s10 forum seems pretty slow here.
i love my lil' s even though i abuse it relentlesly.

well inspection time is nearing and i'll have too get new tires and figure out why i keep getting codes 452&453.

but anyway i've been swapping rims for a while between winter/summer tires.
an i figure i'll give my "other"set a of rims a fresh look as the clear was coming off an they were getting ratty looking.
so i blasted them and gave'm a fresh coat of black.

i like these wheels better than the oe ones i have on the truck now,so i'll get the new shoes mounted on these.
I've had good luck with the bfg's so i'm gonna stick with them.

as for the rest of the truck its rusting from the inside out ugh...more body work

Re: time for new shoes

i guess i should show'em.

i got this truck with 31k on it and this is my 2nd set of "new"bfg's....they just work good.

now too figure out my po codes...i was rootin around the tank last week and i think i can remove the fuel tank pressure sensor without droppin the tank or pullin the bed. i figure the sensor and a new gas cap should fix my problem.

'02 wheels. I've never had any real love for them. Those black ones will dress it up nice

Re: time for new shoes

i just realized i never put the pic up......that happens alot.

68 yhea i never did like the oe's wheels so i picked up the other set a few years ago and ran them for a good while but they were gettin real ugly.

oh an i figured out my cel it was the dang fuel tank pressure sensor.
it was real easy to replace just reached up and pulled it out. squirted a tad of oil on the newbie and popped it in.
whew an i thought i was pullin the bed or tank again.
