Question Stabilizer Bar?

How can you tell if you have a stabilizer problem? YOU CAN NOT SEE any bends. What size tire ,do you need to start useing the duel shock system?

It is a Dana 60 on a K3500 crew. It whobles at 35- 45 mph. It has new tires , rims , Bushings, & brakes.
