Hello all. I am looking for a '67-'72 tailgate for my '69 GMC. I'm not fussy about it being a new tailgate, but a good daily driver model would suffice. I bought a bed over a year ago that was from a Chevy & would be willing to possibly trade that tailgate if someone needs one. And since we're in the area, if anyone is selling or knows of a complete long bed, I would be interested in that as well. The bed I bought has its share of dents & one is around the tail light region. The truck isn't ready for new bed metal. Actually, it is, but my wallet isn't.

I am waiting for those swap meets. I have a schedule which makes it tough to go anywhere during the week to check for parts. But, aren't we all I'm that situation?

I'll try to check them out when I get the chance.

And Mike, if you have an NOS tailgate, I'll be shocked. Of course, I'll also be curious if you have a price in mind to let it go.

I have a GMC tailgate off a stepside, ...but guessing you're looking for a fleetside gate? It's off a Nevada truck with zero rust...
(I don't even know if I want to sell it l o l, ...it looks good hanging on the garage wall : )
