Acquired another one!

Picked this up last night. It made the 120 mile drive home at 65mpg without a hiccup (except for the rear brakes locking up and almost barreling through an intersection ). All original numbers matching one family owned. And from what I can tell, it is 100% rust free! Some pics...

Re: Acquired another one!

I plan on doing one of CPP's suspension and 4 wheel big brake kits just to freshen everything up. And possibly some Centerline/Delmo Specials? Just like the ones below but white instead of cream. What do you guys think? I will be keeping all of the original parts of course.

Re: Acquired another one!

Nice find. I wouldn't do anything that isn't reversible. Maybe a mild drop and keep it just as is. I bet a nice buff job would do wonders for that paint too.

Re: Acquired another one!

Nice find! I like your plans. Stock bodies with big wheels and a lowered suspensions always look awesome.

Re: Acquired another one!

That is a real hard to come by truck right there. One owner original in THAT kind of condition is rare. Man I'd find it hard to change anything on it.
A true survivor vehicle. Congrats.

Exactly! I think the 20/22 inch Centerline Smoothie's give a nice vintage twist on C10's.

Yes sir! And according to the S.P.I.D it has every A B C option. Is it suppose to list "Highlander" on the S.P.I.D? Or is option 613 "custom trim" what that means?

Re: Acquired another one!

That's a fair price I think. Its solid, and probably memories and really not wanting to sell it played into that price also.
