Do you have the SPID that shows what RPO tire and wheels were ordered with the truck?

If you scroll to page 161 of the pdf you'll find all the tire sizes available for '86, there are about 4 pages worth. Page 175 has a table for C/K 10 series tires.
Page 4 shows the standard specs of a C/10 15x6 wheels and P195/75R15 tires.
Available wheels for C/K 10 series are listed on page 155. 15x7 and 15x8 Rally wheels are listed. If it came with P225 or P235 it got 15x8's, otherwise 15x7's.

I know they are not 8". Not even sure they are 7". I really think they are 6.5" wide. I will look to see if I have one without a tire and I'll get a measurement.

Probably 6.5"
I had to go to the N89 17" wheels to get 7" width on stock GM wheels for my K2500 T800. The PY0 alloy wheels it came with were 16x6.5"

The steel 6 lug W/T wheels are 16x6.5's
