1972 K20 3 on the Tree?

I am trying to find pics and info for the correct shift linkage for a 1972 K20 with the Muncie 3 speed (351) , Any help is appreciated.

Sorry I don’t have any pictures for you, that is a pretty uncommon setup, I’ve only seen one of these before. My dads K10 was a 3speed truck that he converted to a 4 speed. Unfortunately that truck and it’s parts are long long gone. Here’s a bump for you though!
