Looking for info on a 1959 450 Series - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am trying to find information on an interesting big GMC that I have come across.
I believe it is a 1959 450 series and was once a pumper truck for a fire department.
The S/N I got off of the date plate inside the drivers side A pillar is
5 54V S2363G
So far I have not had much luck finding anything - can anyone help.

There should be a plate inside on the left kick panel with a model number, something like F4508V. What engine is in it? A 450 series could have an Oldsmobile 370 or one of the larger GMC 6's.
