Fleet side bed end caps removable?
I'm planning out how to modify the tail lights on my '64 fleetside, and it would be much easier if I could remove the end cap where the tail light is mounted. Is this welded on or is there some other attachment method I'm missing? It looks like a separate piece but I can't see any obvious bolts/screws.

They are welded blind, meaning you can't get to most of the welds on a finished bedside
