Fan Switch or blower or? 90 Burb

I have gone a winter and a summer without the fan working for heater and AC
and its no fun, it used to come on once in a while on its own out of the blue but not lately. What should I look at first, the switch the fan or ? anyone gone through this, I don't want to just tare into it if there might be an easy fix.
