Thumbs up Ya Gotta love VetteVet......

My charging system died on my K20 the other day so I decided it was time to upgrade to an internal regulated 10SI style alternator. I used one of VetteVet's many great examples of wiring and it is working perfectly! The truck now has as good a charging system as it had from the factory...probably better!

I did end up having to redo a cobbled harness that the PO put in. At least every 6-8 inches there was a bad crimp joint or a solder joint....worst harness I have ever seen.

Just wanted to recognize VetteVet for his great electrical knowledge and the willingness to share it with all of us board members. This is not the first time one of his posts has helped me so.....a long overdue....

Thank You VetteVet!
