Well I loosened the starter bolts a little, still doing it. (had to pull the cables from the battery.) Loosened it some more and it worked like a charm. Now I just need to insert some shims and tighten it back up!

Wow, is that what it feels like... I can just get in and turn the key!!! I haven't been able to do that for months...

BIG thank you to everyone for the help!

Now I can freshen up the brakes and start driving it again. (It's only been sitting for about 3 years.)
