set at time and date?

well, when would be a good tentative date & time? also if at a park, do we need some sort of OK from the parks dept?

park info....

i talked to the parks people in carson city, it is $150 for up to 100 people and we can reserve a location, we would have the facilities from 10 AM til the park closed. i asked for the bowers mansion in the north end of washoe. now we need to decide on a date. end of april / early may is still open. Jim, does that give you enough time . let me know guys, thanks john. also they have decent parking and a place for kids to play.

JOHN -- DAVIS CREEK STATE PARK IS 1 MILE FARTHER NORTH, & SEEMS LIKE ALOT BETTER CHOICE IN MY OPINION. IT HAS ALOT TO OFFER THAT BOWERS MANSION DOESN'T. THE PARKING LOT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PICKNICK-GATHERING AREA, & IS ALL SHADED. THERES BATHROOMS THERE & A POND FOR SWIMMING & FISHING. IT'S ABOUT A MILE OFF THE ROAD (ALOT MORE SECLUDED) WITH SWINGS & STUFF FOR THE KIDDIES. IT ALSO HAS A CAMPGROUND FOR PEOPLE THAT COME FROM FAR ENOUGH AWAY THAT THEY WOULD RATHER CAMP THEN DRIVE HOME AFTER A DAY OF PARTYING. THERES A RANGER STATION RIGHT IN THE PARK, & I'M SURE THEY CAN SUPPLY SOME INFORMATION ON RESERVING IT. I WOULD BE GLAD TO DO SOME OF THE LEG WORK.
THE 24th OF APRIL IS THE LAST SAT. IN APRIL , & IF IT DOESN'T CONFLICT WITH ANYBODYS SCHEDULE, MAYBE THAT WOULD BE A POSS. DATE. JOHN
