Hows it coming fastbagged68. I was courious which crossmember you went with. I wanted to see someone make the stage 3 set-up with the fully fabricated crossmember work. I got tired of trying to deal with Bill, gave up on both versions and sold all of my Bill Turner parts ( two complete set-ups) to Fastbagged68 back in March. I ended up using a Fatman stage 5 and modified it by moving it forward on the frame rails.

GMC GRANDS- the mustang II one I am putting in a freinds truck as soon as mine is done. The other crossmember I cut up and made it lower and sold it. The Mustang II one is going to sit on coil overs all the way around. Might end up putting an corvette independent rear in it too. We will see. I will keep you posted!

Here are pics of my friends truck with steering working

Here are pics of my friends truck w/ the mustang 2 and the steering hooked up. It is tight between the header and all but it does work great onthe test drives made in the truck. Had to trim off about 1" off of the column to get it to make the angle down toward the rack.

98L150, is that a dropped crossmember or an aftermarket unit? that's a pretty tight fit.

fastbagged68,

You may have answered this already, but what did you do for hood hinges or is it just sitting on there? Did the modification of the factory hood hinge work?

Jeff
