How low is it? 2000 RCSB

Got a new to us 2000 RCSB 5 speed manual that will be a father/son project. Not many details from the previous owner other than it needs work (exactly what we were looking for and the price reflected it).

I believe the truck is lowered but I can’t say how much? Does anyone know the distance of the center of the front/back wheel to fender measurement of a factory stance truck? This should give me a rough estimate of how much (if any) that it’s been lowered. Thx!
