Chevy steering wheel Identification. 16"

Simply put, can someone help me ID what this originally came from? It appears to be a factory GM piece, 16" from outside rim to outside rim. Thank you.

Thanks guys, surprised that those trucks had such a small wheel, if it came out of a manual steering truck...

IKR. The '67/'68 3-spoke is 16.5'', and the '69/'72 wheel is 17''.
I don't think they ever made a different diameter steering wheel for Standard [manual steering] trucks as opposed to P/S trucks.

My wheel looks like that but has a bit of fake wood trim, I think it came from a van.
