First, I used aircraft stripper and a sanding brush attached to my drill.

Second, I will continue posting photos to try and catch up to where it is now. The avatar photo is what it looks like today.

That is the truck as it sits today. I bought the truck in 1997 and started working on it in 2001. This has been a long and hard road so far. Still need interior, wheels and tires and exhaust system.

Underside of cab stripped so I started sealing and painting with POR 15 and undercoating.

The seats that I ordered came out of a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu. When I got them the drivers seat had a tear in the back. I am having them re-upholstered anyway so that is not an issue right now. The drivers seat is a 6-way power heated and the passenger is a manual heated. My wife didn't like the fact that she did not get a power seat, but when she gets in, there is no reason to adjust the seat a lot anyway.
