Need Q-Jet decoded

Got this Q-Jet for free, and need it decoded. The numbers are 17080213 & under those are 1454 CPX

How can you tell what CFM this is?

Any help please?

1980 chevy 49 state manual trans (maybe). They are all the same flow rate I think.
