1970 C10 front disc brakes

Someone told me I had to have two lines coming out of my proportioning valve to each front disc brake is that true help please. I have a 1967 C10 that I am converting over to power brakes and discs in the front

You will need a disc/drum proportioning valve,and will have to fab up some lines

The above statement is incorrect.
Currently you have a Drum Brake Line Distribution Block under your master cylinder and 1 front brake line and 1 rear brake line connect to it. The distribution block will be removed and replaced with a disc / drum proportioning valve and the same front brake line and same rear brake line will connect to prop valve although you will need AN adapters to adapt fitting size. You will not need to run 2 separate front brake lines for the front disc conversion. Your conversion kit should include 2 front brake hoses for calipers that then connect to original front brake lines where drum brake hoses connected.
