c30's lets see em flat beds, dumps or flat bed dumps.

I have a 71 0r 2 C30 I can possibly buy. If not that one, I also know of a 67 c30 both are cab and chassis. I also have access to a 12 ft flat dump bed. Thinking seriously about getting the two together and have a good all around work truck. Both trucks have been sitting for a while. so they're going to need some work to get it going. Owner of the 72, bought the truck, while he was driving it home the motor spun a bearing. so its been sitting the whole time. The 67 the brakes were messing up so owner parked it. while it was sitting his son robbed the carb off it for something else. so it's been sitting.
So if I could get some pics of some trucks it might help me get more motivated to do this project.

thanks for those. wonder what years I could see about getting some 19.5 wheels for either truck. I have seen some trucks with a steel 19.5 wheel on them, and appeared to be 8 lug bolt pattern.

If your wanting the 19.5 wheels , they came on P30 step vans that used the Gm cab chassis , most were 1982 to 87 Kurbmaster,Grumman olson body's.

If you need more info let me know.

Re: c30's lets see em flat beds, dumps or flat bed dumps.

I have a 68 C30 with a dump bed. I also installed a detactable boom to the right rear corner of the bed so I can pickup engines and logs.

Re: c30's lets see em flat beds, dumps or flat bed dumps.

Greetings! New member here.

I picked up this beauty from the local Craigslist last month.

1970 w/ a 305 that was added in '76. Paid 1200 buck. Everything works and it has already been put to use on the farm.
