Longhorn or Custom Camper, both were the same. Custom Camper = GMC. Longhorn = Chevy. Most of the time anyway, GM liked to switch things up a bunch.

You can tell it's a ling Longhorn by the extra Line on the Bed Next to the cab like if someone added that extra pice to it I hope someone posts a good picture that shows what I am talking about so you can see what I mean....

Dad's 1971 Chevy longhorn has the extra 6 inches, "longhorn" badging, AND the "custom camper/20" emblems. yes, i was told that the emblems got put on at the factory w/o too much concern at to whether it was chevy or GMC, and that has turned out to be the case w/ this '71.

Julie, there was an option package called custom camper that has been included on your truck. That package is HD springs or overload springs, HD tires, HD shocks, a front sway bar, and badges.
GMC had that option package also, plus many of there 133 inch fleetsides were badged that too.

I believe that would be correct. 69-70 would have the fender badge with CST/20 or CST/30 If it came with the cst option.
