I am assuming that you aren't using an oil pump driven by the cam that has to be driven by the distributor shaft?
You are probably going to end up having a local job shop machine shop turn one out of a piece of round stock unless you have access to a lathe or a buddy with a lathe. It's a simple basic lathe job if they have the distributor to measure from. There are so few guys doing the setup you are that there is no market for producing a plug. On the other hand you might get by with the right size cup plug.
