Re: Dream'n became a Reality...

I would always see this truck in my cl search. Great truck/price. Can't go wrong with 4/6 drop on 20" billets

Re: Dream'n became a Reality...

Much appreciate on all the comments. Now it's time to put my own touches to it so I can get a lil credit.

I really didn't know how the PO was going to respond or respond at all when I told him I was from San Diego. CL usually get's a lot of spam, but it worked out, and he felt comfortable with the whole deal, as did I.

The 4/6 will be my first purchase in the coming weeks.

Get that drop on there before you decide on lower profile tires. Those 55 series sidewalls may be perfect to fill the fenderwells.

What smaller version mirrors are you referring to? Those are the smallest ones I'm aware of? If you're referring to the 71/72 "sport" mirrors I don't think they're large enough to cover all the holes from the 67-69 mirrors. I think the 67-69 mirrors look the best

Nice truck, have fun with it!

I was afraid that was going to be the case with the holes that are currently drilled out. I guess I just don't like the long arm with the set-up.

Welcome aboard from Central Florida! Very nice. You may want to do a little research on the one piece door windows, I have heard a lot about them, mostly bad, but that may just have been shoddy mfg or install...just a heads up.

Gets the gas tank out of the cab and under the bed. Not hard to do at all, just install a Blazer tank and plumb the fill spout.
