Farm fresh project trucks !

These are 2 of the (6) 67 -72 tucks I bought online this week and will build 2 '67 s and will be cleaning up the 69 GMC 350 4speed long bed to sell to some wanting a long bed project truck that is a pretty solid truck and never customized pretty much original condition ,I will be posting on where and how I found all these trucks and what it really took to get them all home from different states only 1 of them was listed for sale the '67 from Kentucky and it came with 2 very good fenders and 3 extra doors ! Re: Farm fresh project trucks !

[/IMG]I found the 1st 67 listed in craigslist cheap and being how it needs everything and I plan a project along the lines of Copperhead I needed more parts so i placed an ad in craigslist ( CASH ! WANTED ANY 67-72 CHEVY TRUCKS OR PARTS ! ) And the phone started ringing from hundreds of miles away ! With offers on trucks that had not been listed for sale (from guys needing Christmas CASH ) And I bought 5 more for less total money than a cheap driver ! Looking for a project truck ? The GMC will be for sale after I clean her up and get her ready for a new owner ! If your looking to buy put an ad like I did in craigslist and you will be surprized how many calls and offers for trucks you will get the week before Christmas !

Re: Farm fresh project trucks !

Here is another '67 I bought from Asheville ,NC it has a 6 and a 4 speed I have to pick this one up this week . I still have 2 more short beds to pick up from Virgina next week , each of these trucks had original parts to offer to build 2 '67 short beds the '69 GMC was just to complete and original to pass it up , I was going to part it out but I think it would be a shame .I will have a total of $2,990.00 in all 6 trucks including fuel and costs for shipping/trailer rental to bring it all home ,Parts to be sold after I have everything I need from them all at bargin basement prices I will break even and have 0.00 invested before the start of restoring the 2 '67's I want to keep .and I will be using all original GM metal !.http://

Re: Farm fresh project trucks !

i've been building for many years sometimes you can do better by buying a few trucks rather than buy 1 and have nothing to sell to off set your project costs !

Re: Farm fresh project trucks !

Don't be scared it's only metal ! it's not a truck till you drive it down the road ! many people seem to think these old trucks are scarce ? joesjunk you really have 13 trucks ? quite honestly I find your comment sarcastic ? the way it works is those that can do , those who can't buy shiny at retail .

Looked at a couple frames these last couple weeks that are perfect! Ok, advertised as perfect. They were less then desirable for me. I'll be looking back home in Phoenix as 100% rust free parts are much better then in ohio.

Don't worry, I've built and completed a few trucks. Don't be scared I'm starting with a frame. It won't get a body for a couple years anyways.

My 72' project truck, bought a few weeks back for 500$ along with 4 bails of hay sitting in the back. PO said the motor was shot.... One plug wire and new gas later I drove it home.
