1892 those would be considered "steelies". rally wheels have the rectangle slots and screw on center caps.

here are some 5-lug rally's on my old '82 2wd, no trim rings, and 3 bar spinners: (man i wish i still had it!)

For GM it's a styled steel wheel (typically painted argent silver) with a decorative center cap and separate trim ring.
