Nice build!

I'm sure it will look fantastic either way, but I like the two tone best also. Sorry to make the decision harder for you!

Re: 1991 Crew Cab Short Bed Build

I have some crappy cell phone pics. They have been color sanding and buffing for a week. They are saying Monday...which equals 1 week probably! They are finishing all door seals, felt, wipers etc... today. Coating the inside of the bed, and interior this weekend. Getting close!

These are taken before final sanding and buffing.

I know, it worries me, especially in AZ. I’ve got a new compressor, blower motor, and sealed every piece of duct etc... to get the most out of it!! Lol We’ll see.

AZ Classic Restoration is doing it.

After I saw this car I was happy to take my pickup there.

front is all buttoned up... well, if you look close it still needs a bolt or two

the other half is getting there too. Finally no more tan in the bed!

Re: 1991 Crew Cab Short Bed Build

Finally got it outside. I have to finish up some odd and ends in the interior, and clean the interior. Maybe I'm just picky but you'd think all the things you spent days cleaning and restoring would be that way after they install them?? Makes me nervous whenever anyone else touches things on my vehicle...seems you never get it back the same. Anyway...here is the latest gratuitous cell phone pic.

Re: 1991 Crew Cab Short Bed Build

Do you have any info on the seats? I know you said they were out of an Honda Odyssey, are you running the middle van seat in both the front and back of your CC? I think they look really good in that truck!

Yup, two sets of middle rows from a 2012 Honda Odyssey. The middle seat works great because I can flip it down and have an arm rest and cup holders. In the back I made sure they can all fold down and slide forward so I can easily get things behind the seats. It worked out well and they matched the 'dove' gray exactly...although I still dyed everything just to freshen it up.

thanks

Re: 1991 Crew Cab Short Bed Build

Oops dam skim reader! How wide are the honda seats you used. The ones I have measured here in NZ are 51"(from a 2005 model}. Are yours , is it noticeable. The original is about 57". I can't find any 2011 seats ,no ones crashed that model odyssey yet!. Are they easy to get hold of in the US?
