Ok first I did a search but never found a definite answer. The driver side front wheel sticks out further than the passenger, by about 3/4”. I know they originally stuck out further than the back. I see a lot of people have the same issue, but not sure if it’s factory or a bent frame. I have the ECE 4/6 drop suspension with lowering spindles. I have another frame, but before I start switching everything over I want to make sure I don’t end up with the same problem.

Have you verified that both front wheels have the same off set? I've seen that more than once. My Blazer has a 4" backspace on one side and 4.5" on the other.
I don't believe there should be anymore than about 1/4" difference given the build tolerances of the day.
If the wheels are not the problem then I would be under the truck with a square, some string and a tape measure looking to find the problem.

Yep checked the backspace. Had the alignment done, and it drives pretty good. The alignment shop didn’t say anything about it, but that doesn’t mean anything. The frame has had some work done on it, like trimming for headers and I’ve noticed the front cross member has a couple rivets that have punched crooked. If that makes sense.

You can check a few other things like are the fan blades centered in the fan shroud, is the front bumper fitting even on the left and right corners of the fenders. That can help determine if the body is centered on the frame.

i Originally had problems getting the bumper to line up. The engine sits straight but the mountts holes have been reemed out. The most obvious is the wheel sticks out noticeably

Got some measurements on the frame, she’s a little outa whack. I have a line in a 3/4 ton frame. I’ve read there’s some differenceS as far as cab mounts , but not much else. Anyone out a 1/2 ton body and suspension on a 3/4 ton frame?
