hood spring
the small coil spring that attaches to the front top deck of the core support that makes the hood pop up. How does it attach? does it somehow screw in the deck or snap into place. Confused. 1978 c10 thanks

Should snap on/ pop in place. Should be a little bump in the metal that the big side pop in to and hold it . If I remember right now been about 20 years sine I had my 77 rad support.
