I did when you posted it, that’s why I said the hell kitties aren’t that hard to beat. That’s one heavy ass land yacht mopar beating another heavy but not as yacht-y mopar. The sound of that big block is heaven to my ears though!
Sorry I didn’t quote you directly, but my response was partially toward your post.

The Prowler, and that other ugly car, can't remember the name, Chevy made one that looked like it...Yeah even recently Chrysler made ugly cars...
And True Chrysler made some of the most beautiful...Air Flow, Power Wagon, GTX, Monaco
It would be hard to chose between '74 Buick Gran Sport or a '72 Roadrunner.....

The Prowler was the biggest WTF to me. Made for rich entry level wannabee street rodders. Why buy one of those that had to meet all the federal safety regs because it was produced by a major automaker when for all that money you could have a brand new actual street rod built for all that money. And the V10 was a joke

I agree I never understood the prowler at all. They could have at least made it fast. Granted go fast tech and meeting emissions hadn’t evolved like it has today but they were slow as hell.

Re: Ok Chrysler made some of the Ugliest cars in the early '60's

Come to think of it, Plymouth was ahead of it's time in '61. They set the trend for today's front end styling with that go against the flow predator look

Dodge helped, too, with the misaligned up/down cockeyed willy nilly headlights look

With so much focus on front end styling into the far future they forgot about tail lights. Eh, just stick these on

Same thing happened with the Valiant and just sticking pods on wasn't working out. Stylist were baffled until a cat hopped up on the window sill

Now those were good-looking cars. Our family had two '57 Coronets at different times. One red, one coral.

Agree. 69-71 are my personal favorite. With that said, the prior interiors were often works of art. 1956 Bel Air

Sweet! Anything new on the Demon?

1950 Plymouth new body style. The sedan's top might have been a bit conservative, but the other models were pretty sexy

My mother had 50 Plymouth just like the green one tim posted above ,, I remember the condencer would keep going out on it ,,and therefore at a young age I decided Plymouths would be one car that I never wanted to own,,, and I kept my word and bought Chevies cause my brothers had them.. I look at the green one above now it looks kinda ok.

I guess that body style was new in '49. I read it was '50 but that must be wrong. The Special Deluxe was the old body style carried over in '49.
Here are some that are personalized
