66gmcsuburban Registered User Join Date: Nov 2013 Location: Hustisford Wisconsin Posts: 4	1954 3800 Rear axle Hello All Working on a 1954 3800 .The truck has 14" rear brakes .Would i be able to put smaller brake backing plates on the rear end The 12x2 .I do not want to use the 17" wheels and the 14" drums have been cut too many times . Thanks
