Thumbs up Re: new guy from Austin, Tx

I guess I can't really "welcome" you since I'm new here myself but figured I'd say hi since we're in the same city!

Maybe if I make some decent progress I'll catch you out at the meet by Cabela's... sounds like you're a lot further along than me, can't pull up out there just yet haha. Have you ever checked it out though? Some really nice rides out there... I was surprised how big it's gotten already.

-'69 Amx... pretty stock, pretty slow, but pretty. Built tranny w/custom stall, headers & exhaust... blew 401 so it's got weak 360 in it now. Yet another project.

rjDub...
I've been wanting to go out to the cabelas show. I've been once when they first started and haven't had time to go again. My truck is driveable but I'm waiting on some custom hood hinges so I can put my hood on. My truck sits really low so I can't use the original hinges.
I'm going to try and post a pic if I can figure it out.

Damn Phil! Wow... your screen name fits you. That thing is nasty! Very nicely done. Who needs a hood?!? You're gonna be rookie of the year on here...

Whenever you make it out there definitely send me a PM or something and let me know, I'd love to see your truck in person. Man I got a long way to go... where's the kicking rocks emoticon haha.

Great looking truck. What is the rear backspace on your wheels? Are they 20x10's?
