I’ve noticed the north west states are always pretty cheap I’m always seeing steals in Utah and Washington. That truck is nice and cheap for the Midwest but seems about normal out there.

Chalet #1460, built in Jan '77. Have to laugh at that one. The turbine wheels are non-original, of course, as are the reupholstered seats, and the factory vinyl camper stripes are long gone. And on top of that, the seller has it priced at around 4 times higher than what a somewhat modded unrestored rig sells for.
