Question WIW: complete toolbox setup

I have a COMPLETE toolbox/stowage setup, bedside, door, trim, hinges, etc, down to every last bolt and screw. All original paint, ZERO rust. You won’t find a setup like this, unless it’s on an untouched truck that’s been sitting in a garage for 50 years

I would think $2000-$2500 minimum local pickup.

Re: WIW: complete toolbox setup

I would say $2500.oo is a good starting price.

Pictures of the back lower section would be helpful if someone was repairing their toolbox.

Because most of the time that lower section is almost Gone.

Re: WIW: complete toolbox setup

Pics of the backside. You can see it’s not just a cutout hole in the bedside. The bottom has a reinforcement and it’s recessed to accommodate the door. Pretty hard to replicate.

Re: WIW: complete toolbox setup

That's very nice! I personally think $2500 is pretty high. Maybe for a complete bed. I know a guy in California that had an orange bed side with tool box like yours for a while that couldn't sell it for $1500. He goes to many swap meets and eventually parted it out. I'm sure there is a buyer that would pay up but what the price is, is a good question.

Re: WIW: complete toolbox setup

There is another Thread asking about screw size.

Are the screws that hold the Door on #10 machine screws?

Re: WIW: complete toolbox setup

Does anyone know the sizes for the various screws?
Holding fiberglass box in?
for mounting Hinges?
For mounting latch assembly?
source for the rubber seal, or something close?
Thank you
