Thumbs up A VERY positive truck-transport experience!

Had my '68 C10 transported from Oklahoma to Michigan. I used a gentleman by the name of John Michels. He owns a 26' tilt-bed trailer and a one-ton diesel pickup truck, and he drives around the midwest hauling trucks, tractors, and parts for people.

I tell you what - this guy is great!

He picked up a day earlier than originally planned, and he delivered it a day earlier as well. He made contact with the people at both the pickup and dropoff locations and set a time and place for both.

The truck made it from Oklahoma to Michigan just fine. John was a pleasure to work with - even though I never met him (I'm in Alaska as I type this). His price was very fair - definately cheaper than a commercial carrier - and there were no concerns/horror stories that I've heard of before with some of the commercial guys.

His cell phone number is 863-738-2405. Give him a call if you've got something to move. He's top-notch!!!

Andy
