Re: Yard art
I'm thinking that bucket is a US Cavalry bucket.
This is the placard I made when I moved in here in '86 on my patina mail box. It's all painted the house colors. I think I showed the "Please Do Not Mow" and "Thanks" signs I made for the bank across the road from me that I do the upkeep on. They came and ground the rest of the bank beyond the "Thanks" sign so I cleaned. cleared, and planted up the rest of the bank. I moved the "Thanks" sign on down. I had the PVC holder in the ground where "Thanks" was, about midway, so I decorated another screwed up round toe. It didn't need to say anything so, WTH, I painted flowers on it

Re: Yard art
I;m glad that's not yours. Now I can say that has got to be the biggest waste of a good truck for yard art. I hope the tag on it means it does get used and isn't being wasted as a cool old truck set out laid to waste for yard art

Re: Yard art
If it's just yard art it deserves to be stolen. Hey, I'm no thief, just a champion of justice!

Re: Yard art
Hmm, I've got most of the fixin's for a burro to put next to my propane tank pig. I posted it before, but to save people having to dig, here's Petunia, the pink pig. I got the idea for the burro from a metal sculpture I saw sitting in the back of an old truck ('48 Chevy). I'll get to it now that I have some legs off an old Chinesium steel swing set that I scrapped out.

Re: Yard art
One of my biker neighbors moved years ago. The people who used to live there after him were throwing stuff out and put this out at the curb. The biker guy had left it behind. It now sits on our front porch.
