The seats come right out with the correct tool.
The nuts are E-Torx or External Torx. There's not a lot of clearance round the nuts so you'll want a decent quality socket set not the cheapies with thick socket walls.

The dash is an absolute SOB to deal with.

The upper looks like a major pain!

Does anyone have a flow diagram of the A/C system to get a better idea of what actuator location controls what function? I think there's 3 or 4 different actuators and they differ on what style A/C dash controller you have.

This looks like it could be such a major hassle!!!!
OMG! I hope someone has come up with a better way of short cutting this repair.

Well, I saw another video where the guy sawzall the middle upper duct out and then use aluminum tape to put it back in.

That totally skipped removing the airbag, etc, on the passenger side.

Not sure which one i’d do if the time came...
