Fuse Block Power Wire Question?

I Have An American Autowire Kit For my 69 C10.

Does The 6 Gauge Red Power Wire Have To Go To The Battery or Can I Run It To A Junction Box Powered From The Main Starter Post?

Just Asking Because I Ran a 6 Gauge Wire From The Starter To A Junction Post On The Firewall For My Headlights And Fogliggts That Needed Battery Power.

Was Going To Tie The Fuse Block To That

Thanks

Re: Fuse Block Power Wire Question?

So here is my example;
I ran my 6gage wire from the alternator to the starter and from the starter to the Mega Fuse and from the Mega Fuse to the battery.

Here is what I think you have;
6-gauge wire from the alternator to the starter and from the starter to the junction post and the to the Mega Fuse and from the Mega Fuse to the battery.
Yes, I believe you are good. As long as everything is rated for the amperage the 6-gauge wire it should be good.
