EFI conversion

I have done some searches on this but haven't found what I've been hoping for. I'm installing a LT1 from a 95 Caprice into my 71 step side. I understand that this is essentially a stand alone system. Conceptually the "truck wiring" will be used for lights, accessories, etc. However, how do you " mate" the two systems? Is it as simple as running power from the key back to the appropriate wire in the fuse block to power the Efi system? Any sites you may recommend that detail this would be appreciated.

If you bought a stand alone then all you should need is a 12volt hot and negative wire for the ECU and a 12 volt hot for the fuel pump. When I did my 305 TPI I bought the Street and Performance stand alone.
Check LT! site are S&P they should have all you need to know.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
