4wd 68 wiw

Hey guys, friend of mine has a 4x4 68 that he's thinking of selling and I'm just curious what you guys thing it's worth. Do you see anything out of place on it that would stray you away from buying it, what are your views?

Doesn't look to be to bad a shape. It has what looks to be 72 bb motor mounts. Had a manual tranny originally and the front bumper is off a newer truck. Also looks to have a newer front diff. Not sure what it is worth, but i would easily give 1000.00 for it. I would love to have it.

Re: 4wd 68 wiw

If you want to restore it you would probably like to know that it is on a later model frame thats why the motor mounts look funny and the wrong bumper,it is correct for the frame but not the truck. However if the swap was done right I've seen a few 67-72s on the later model frame they are ok if you are cool with it. good luck with it ,Mike

I can't say on price, but I don't like all those leaves on the cowl, I'd clean that off and possibly take the cowl off and make sure there is no nasty rust under there.
