New Knock

I HAVE A KNOCK STARTING THIS MORNING THAT I DIDN'T HAVE YESTERDAY. IT IS REALLY LOUD AND SOUNDS LIKE ITS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE MAYBE UNDER THE VALVE COVER. BUT NOT YOUR TYPICAL PING OR KNOCK. LIKE A BANGING. RIGHT OUT OF THE OH S--- BOOK HUH. ANY IDEAS OTHER THAN WORSE CASE?

Could be a loose or broken rocker pull the valve cover and check them out might be a cheap fix and then again it might not
