Re: Where's the 3/4 ton love?

My K20 is far from an original survivor, but it sure is fun.

Someday I plan on ditching the 16x9 wheels and 285/75 tires installed by a PO for some 16x6 plain black steel wheels with 235/85 tires.

Good looking truck. I even like the wheels.

Re: Where's the 3/4 ton love?

^agreed its not bad looking with the newer style wheels currently on it .I understand wanting to go back to the stock steelie and pizza cutters though since the trucks look so good with them. If you clear 285's and like the current gearing I would maybe go 255\85R16 to keep near same height tire, that or old 7.5\9.00-16's lol. Wheel vintiques now has their 82 SERIES OE 8 LUG line of wheels in 16x6,7,8 & 10 if you cant find good price on originals or just want to order all new matching.

Re: Where's the 3/4 ton love?

All these trucks look great!
1/2ton trucks are cool, but the 3/4 ton/heavy duty trucks are my favorites!

I might post mine on here but It's not a factory c20.

Often, when someone tries to be creative with the two-tone, it isn't my taste if isn't a factory scheme, but I really like how you did the contrasting colors.
Very nice!.

Interesting how the 73-87s trucks look more like the 60-66 trucks more so than say the 67-72 trucks did.
