floor panel

is it possible to replace a complete floor panel w/o removing the cab from frame ?

I suppose it might be technically possible, but I would not try to do this. The complete floor includes the support sections which the cab rests on the frame. Once you cut the floor out, you've got nothing but the back, top and firewall of the cab left, so nothing is holding it on the frame any longer.

I would also venture to guess that it would make doing the work more difficult, as you would have the frame getting in your way while working.

Thank you for the reply , maybe I should have mentioned that I already cut the top off to make it a convertable and the back is almost rusted off .... most people suggest a new cab but I put a lot of work into making it a convertable already , hate to change cab . thanks again for your input !
